Relson Gracie JiuJitsu - WV

Jiu-Jitsu Instruction:   Students receive instruction in Self Defense and Jiu-Jitsu techniques and then practice these techniques while the instructors help them and correct any mistakes.

Jiu-Jitsu Conditioning:   This is an anaerobic conditioning session that is designed to prepare students for the rigorous cardiovascular and muscle requirements of a real life self defense situation or a jiu-jitsu competition.  Anyone looking to get in great shape should do this.
Open Mat / Sparring:   During this time students spar with other students and the instructors.  This is full on 100% sparring and what most folks consider one of the most enjoyable aspect of Jiu-Jitsu training. Instructors are generally present and available to answer questions.

Monday and Wednesday-Invite Only

  • Adult Instruction:  8 to 9:30am

Tuesday and Thursday

  • Youth Instruction: 5:30 to 6:30pm
  • Adult Instruction: 6:30 to 7:30pm 
  • Open Mat/Conditioning: 8 to 9pm


  • Adult Instruction: 8:00 to 9:30am


  • ​Youth Instruction: 10:00 to 11:00am
  • Self Defense: 11:00 to 12:30am 
  • Open Mat/Conditioning: 12:30 to 2:00pm
